In the face of mounting economic uncertainty, the folks at the PostNet Bentonville and PostNet Pleasant Grove Rd. (Rogers) based printing firm are offering some relief to the unemployed: Free "networking" business cards and free resume printing. The 5-year old graphic design & printing firm is giving away 100 custom networking business cards and 25 resumes to the unemployed through the Career Assist program on its website.

"Unfortunately, this program has been very popular," said Managing Partner, Dennis Cogan. "Here in the printing industry, we see how the hard times in American economy have touched everyone's life. People have been really hurting with unemployment. Our business has managed to weather the storm, and we're happy to give back to the community and take some of the sting out of the job search process."

Users can request business networking cards online and upload their resumes. There is no charge unless the user requires shipping.

"Free resume and business card printing can mean a great deal for someone caught in the downsizing, with a mortgage and family," Cogan said, noting "It's the least we can do to help people in need these days...it's our own NW Arkansas "Stimulus Plan."
