  • Customer Satisfaction Engineer - FULL TIME (32-40 hours/week) - Helping customers who walk in & need our services. (We're hiring IMMEDIATELY for this position!)

  • Print Production Assistant - Full or Part Time (25-35 hours/week.) - Mid-morning to evening hours help to produce print, wide format and binding print jobs for our customers. (We're hiring IMMEDIATELY for this position.)

  • Production Coordinator/Team Lead - FULL TIME (32-40 hours/week) - Helping customers who walk in & need our services and lead our team who does! (We're hiring IMMEDIATELY for this position!)

We'll give strong preference and it's a *huge* plus if you have experience in the Retail, Customer Service, Graphic Design, Printing, Packing or Shipping fields. If you have not worked or achieved success in these areas, you must demonstrate other outstanding reasons and characteristics why you should be considered for this leadership position.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

- Create and promote a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.
- Lead team members to excel at customer service by exceeding the client's expectations, cross-selling and up-selling.
- Coordinate all office/store efforts so that every team member is working in support of the customer, support of sales/profit goals and with maximum efficiency.
- Provide design & marketing expertise along with printing/copying/binding/finishing services to both internet customers and walk-in customers.
- Ensure very strong "customer service on steroids" is being maintained throughout the business day.
- Ability to understand priorities and the sense of urgency of the business, adjusting directions/scheduling when necessary to meet store needs and the demands of the business.

Requirements:

- Above all, be friendly and courteous with positive attitude.
- Must be extremely good with customers and colleagues and be a very quick learner.
- Very strong ability to multitask, prioritize work and be organized. If you are not a strong self starter and need constant urging and leadership from your manager, this will not be a good fit for you.
- Excellent hand/eye coordination along with a mechanical aptitude is required...those without these skills will struggle!
- Must be a leader. Managers manage things but leaders lead people to great accomplishments!
- Must be punctual and highly reliable.
